Chris Flamion: I have been coaching since 2005 and have been fortunate enough to work with many of the best coaches, and athletes in the world today. I have worked with 3 Olympic Finalist, 3 NRT qualifiers, and over 80 State Championship Qualifiers. My coaching philosophy is high intensity and proper mechanics lead to a better understanding and feel for the water. This improves the likelihood of more swimmers enjoying the sport and improving their times while still decreasing their risks of over training.
